Cuzzie Bro Industries PTY Ltd has developed and fabricated a drip tray suitable to fit CAT 3512 Engines to assist with cleaner and safer routine engine services.
Utilizing our drip tray offers significant benefits, as it is crafted from durable Australian 1.6mm plate steel, making it robust enough to withstand the challenging conditions found in a ship’s engine room and industrial applications. Its design is specifically tailored to attach using existing threaded holes and mounts, ensuring a perfect fit in the cramped spaces between Fuel and Oil filter housings.
The system is engineered to facilitate the capture of residual fuel during standard engine maintenance. Fuel flows directly into the drip trays, gathers at the lower end, and is efficiently drained into a designated container via the included fitting.
Without our solution, ship engineering and maintenance personnel are left to manage fuel spills with makeshift methods involving rags, buckets, and scoops, which invariably lead to fuel loss and require extensive cleanup efforts.
